Statewide Corrections

• Spectrum’s Medication of Addiction Treatment (MAT)

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday-Friday or when needed Pay rate:$65,000

• 70,000/annually TheTraineris responsible for: Overseeing, developing, and implementing competency-based training for staff working in the MA DOC, medication for addiction treatment services.

Promotes internal and external training opportunities, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Must be able to work the hours required to meet the business needs of the organization, including the ability to work more than 40 hours in a work week.

Qualifications Qualifications:

Must have a minimum of a master’s degree in healthcare administration, human services, psychology, education, social work, or closely related field and certification in addiction or mental health.
Licensure preferred (LPN, RN, LADC, LMHC or LICSW).
CPR preferred.
Must possess knowledge of medication for addiction treatment, behavioral health, mental health, correctional treatment services, and quality improvement processes and systems.
