Statewide Corrections – Spectrum’s Medication ofAddiction Treatment (MAT)
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday-Friday orwhen needed Pay rate: $65,000-$70,000/annually The Trainer isresponsible for: Overseeing, developing, and implementingcompetency-based training for staff working in the MA DOC,medication for addiction treatment services. Promotes internal andexternal training opportunities, fostering a culture of continuouslearning and professional growth. Must be able to work the hoursrequired to meet the business needs of the organization, includingthe ability to work more than 40 hours in a work week.

Qualifications Qualifications:
Musthave a minimum of a master’s degree in healthcare administration,human services, psychology, education, social work, or closelyrelated field and certification in addiction or mental health.
Licensure preferred (LPN, RN, LADC, LMHC or LICSW). CPR preferred.
Must possess knowledge of medication for addiction treatment,behavioral health, mental health, correctional treatment services,and quality improvement processes and systems. •CA •CB MOUD160
