Summary:
The Referral Navigator role is responsible for the completion of the referral process to support clients referred to services to begin treatment quickly.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college with a specialization in Psychology, Behavioral Health, Social Work, Special Education, Counseling, Rehabilitation, Nursing or closely related field OR a MHRT/C with at least three years of experience providing mental health services required.
License/Certifications:

Experience:
See Education. One year of experience in same areas of specialization required. Prior experience with referral management preferred.
