Residential Counselor – Overnight. Position Available In Penobscot, Maine

Stetson Ranch has an opening for Overnight Residential Counselor in our Residential Treatment Program serving youth ages 10- 20. Overnight Residential Counselors are responsible for overnight shift operations including: maintaining a safe and supportive environment for participants, crisis intervention, case management/advocacy and all related documentation. Qualifications include directly related employment experience, associate&s or bachelor&s degree in human services, social work, psychology, sociology or equivalent and/or additional experience working with youth. Strong organization and communication skills are necessary; ability to assume and delegate responsibilities and exercise decision making is also required. The ideal candidate will be flexible, energetic and creative and have the desire to be part of a team of professionals.
