AWAKEN360
is a contracted provider of services for Children’s Treatment Services, and credentialed with Medicaid and most major insurances. Ways we support our providers:
- Modern, furnished office spaces within one of the busiest areas of Springfield, Mo
- STAR eligible location for student loan forgiveness
- Office support and payments for required continuing education units
- Supervision for PLPCs provided for eligible applicants
- Free credentialing and contracting for most major insurance panels and Missouri medicaid (a $2500 service, free for all providers)
- Electronic medical records platform for ease of communication with clients and records keeping and storage
Provider Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual, family and group counseling sessions for clients
- Implement treatment plans and interventions based on client needs
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. We use the TherapyNotes, LLC platform for our notes, virtual scheduling, and telehealth appointments. Counselor must be adept at using virtual platforms and notetaking. Must have their own laptop/computer they prefer to use to access the online records and scheduling.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Utilize medical terminology and knowledge of special education principles in counseling sessions
- Facilitate group therapy sessions to promote social skills development and emotional well-being Licensed Counselors, LMFT, MSWs, and PLPCs welcome to apply.

The individual joining our team will need to know how to have fun, and be apart of an upbeat workspace that thinks outside the box when it comes to counseling.
- Strong counseling skills, including the ability to provide individual and group therapy
- Knowledge of medical terminology and its application in a counseling setting
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and the ability to maintain confidentiality of client information
- Proficient in clinical counseling techniques and interventions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective documentation and client interaction
- Must be proficient in utilizing technology to assist in the provision of virtual sessions as well as an online portal to check-in clients prior to session as well as to maintain accurate electronic medical records.
- Must have general knowledge of prior-authorizations submissions, working with insurance companies to advocate for the care of your client.
- Must have a Master’s degree in an applicable mental health counseling field (i.e. clinical psychology,) and have an active Missouri license to practice (full or provisional license accepted)
- Must identify with and be willing to incorporate
