Job Description:

• We are hiring Licensed Professional Counselors provide Full-Time high quality individual psychotherapy, family therapy, group therapy, behavioral management and assessment services to residents in long-term care facilities.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with the geriatric population (preferred)
• Must meet credentialing standards of employer and CMS
• Willing to travel to assigned Nursing Homes within the local area
• Experience collaborating as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, and experience using Electronic Medical Records Systems
• Must possess effective communication skills in order to interact with patients, families, and facility staff
