Behavioral Health Professional:
As a Master’s Level Behavioral Health Professional , you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality mental health services to justice-involved individuals. You’ll work closely with medical teams, psychiatric professionals, and case managers to develop personalized treatment plans that improve mental health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide crisis intervention, group therapy, and one-on-one counseling Work as part of a collaborative care team to support overall well-being Participate in behavioral health meetings and case consultations Assist discharge planning with medical staff and community providers Maintain accurate, timely documentation of all patient interactions Utilize evidence-based techniques such as CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and crisis de-escalation
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field ✔ Active license as an LCSW, LMSW, or LPC (or equivalent) ✔ At least 1 year of experience in behavioral health, social work, or related fields ✔ Strong crisis management, communication, and clinical decision-making skills ✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced correctional healthcare setting ✔ Passion for mental health advocacy and rehabilitation Apply Today & Make a Lasting Impact!
