Carolina Behavioral Care, part of the Optum family ofbusinesses, is seeking a Licensed Clinical Therapist to join ourteam in Fayetteville, NC . As a Licensed Clinical Therapist , you willtreat a wide variety of mental health conditions that reflect theneeds of our diverse patient population. Primary Responsibilities:
- Screen andassess patients for common mental health and substance abusedisorders
- Provide treatment for mental health conditions usingvarious approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy,dialectical behavioral therapy, and other evidence-based methods
- Systematically track treatment response and monitor patients forchanges in clinical symptoms and treatment side effects orcomplications

RequiredQualifications:
- Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or arelated counseling field
- Clear, active and unrestricted license(LCSW, LCMHC, or LMFT) in the state of North Carolina
- Currentlyeligible to be enrolled as a provider in the Medicare program orable to terminate opt-out (if applicable) prior to starting a newposition
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years of professionalexperience post master’s degree providing behavioral healthservices
- Experience providing direct psychotherapy services toindividuals and families
- Experience working with computers forprofessional communication and medical documentation – Excel,Outlook, Athena RMS (or other EHRs)

Connecting. Growing together. The salary range for this role is$59,500 to $116,600 annually based on full-time employment. Pay isbased on several factors including but not limited to local labormarkets, education, work experience, certifications, etc.
