Life Strategies Counseling Inc ., part of the Optum family ofbusinesses, is seeking a Licensed Behavioral HealthClinician/Therapist to join our team in Fayetteville, AR . As aLicensed Behavioral Health Clinician/Therapist, you will treat awide variety of mental health conditions that reflect the needs ofour diverse patient population. Primary Responsibilities:
- Screen and assess patients forcommon mental health and substance abuse disorders
- Providetreatment for mental health conditions using various approachesincluding cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioraltherapy, and other evidence-based methods
- Systematically tracktreatment response and monitor patients for changes in clinicalsymptoms and treatment side effects or complications

Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in psychology, socialwork, or a related counseling field
- Have a clear, active andunrestricted license (LICSW, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LPC) in the stateof practice
- Currently eligible to be enrolled as a provider inthe Medicare program or able to terminate opt-out (if applicable)prior to starting a new position
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2years of professional experience post master’s degree providingbehavioral health services
- Experience providing directpsychotherapy services to individuals and families
- Experienceworking with computers for professional communication and medicaldocumentation – Excel, Outlook, Athena RMS (or other EHRs)

The salary range for thisrole is $59,500 to $116,600 annually based on full-time employment.
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to locallabor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc.
