We are committed to equitable, recovery-focused services that meet adult and adolescent individuals where they are—whether at home, in schools, or in the community. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mental health and demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality care to clients. As a Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing client needs, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions to support individuals in achieving their mental health goals. Duties Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of clients’ mental health status. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals. Provide psychotherapy services utilizing evidence-based practices. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, including ICD-10 and ICD-9 coding. Engage in case management to coordinate care and resources for clients. Offer crisis management support as needed, ensuring client safety and well-being. Facilitate grief counseling sessions for individuals experiencing loss or trauma. Provide addiction counseling services to support recovery efforts. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients. Experience A Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required. Licensure as a Therapist (LSATP, LMHP, LCAS, CSI, LCMHC, LCSW, LPC, LMFT) is preferred. Demonstrated experience in psychotherapy, case management, and crisis intervention is essential. Familiarity with psychopharmacology principles is a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds. Experience working with various therapeutic modalities is an advantage.
