  • Position Overview:
  • Program Therapists are responsible for providing individual, family, community of support, and group therapies in a collaborative team environment, as well as participating in our interdisciplinary treatment team. Psychotherapists serve as a professional role model and clinical resource/educator for patient, families, and colleagues.
  • Schedule:
  • Preference for Full Time open to PT schedule as well
  • Full Time is roughly 28 clinical hours per week
  • Standard hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm
  • OP Therapists are required to offer evening appointments at least once per week
  • How Program Therapists Empower Recovery:
  • Carry a caseload of patients (individual and family responsibility per patient) and provide individual and family therapy, as assigned.
  • Develop, implement and evaluate individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team, community professionals, and community agencies to ensure continuity of care.
  • Adhere to the Veritas Clinical Philosophy, including providing treatment that is aligned with DBT, CBT, and FBT.
  • Maintain timely clinical documentation in compliance with program policies and regulatory standards.
  • Qualifications:
  • Current full licensure in the state of employment required
  • Master’s degree in Behavioral Sciences or social work field
  • Individual, family, and group psychotherapy experience required
DBT, CBT, FBT

experience preferred

  • Eating Disorders treatment experience preferred
