Conduct clinical evaluations to assess member needs and develop appropriate treatment plans. Implement cognitive behavioral therapy strategies to support members in achieving their mental health goals. Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality in all member interactions. Engage in case management activities, coordinating care and resources for members. Facilitate home based visits connecting members with local support services. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance the overall well-being of members. Document interactions accurately and timely, maintaining comprehensive records. Requirements Proven experience in mental health counseling or related fields. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining confidentiality. Experience with cognitive behavioral therapy and trauma focused techniques is preferred. Ability to conduct and document comprehensive clinical assessments effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with diverse populations. $45.00 per hour Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of IIIH Team Members. Conduct Clinical Assessments Ensure compliance with medical documentation standards and HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance consumer care . Implement applied behavior analysis techniques as related to behavioral health. Provide mental health counseling support as needed, ensuring the well-being of the IIH consumers. Develop training programs focused on working with individuals with mental health issues. Monitor goal progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Experience Proven experience in engineering leadership roles, preferably within healthcare or behavioral health sectors. Strong background in diagnostic evaluation and medical documentation processes. Familiarity with patient care practices and applied behavior analysis methodologies. Experience working with individuals with mental health issues, demonstrating empathy and understanding of their needs. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining confidentiality in all aspects of work. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey complex information. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
