Psychotherapist Progress Perfectly Counseling, PLLC Greensboro, NC 27410 • Hybrid work Job Overview We seek a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Counselor to join our team. In this role, you will support individuals facing mental health challenges, assisting them in their recovery journey. Qualifications Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. Licensed in North Carolina as an LCMHC, LCMHCA, LCSW, or LCSWA. Responsibilities Provide individual and/or group therapy using evidence-based approaches. Conduct assessments and create personalized treatment plans. Maintain accurate and confidential client records. Collaborate with other mental health professionals as needed. Offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space for clients to navigate challenges. Stay informed on best practices and advancements in mental health care. Skills Compassionate approach towards patients, demonstrating empathy and respect for diverse backgrounds. Proficient in therapeutic communication skills. Experience with diagnostic evaluation processes and assessments preferred. Experience with person-centered, goal-oriented therapy preferred.
