Team Lead-CST ( LCSW, LCSWA, LCMHC, LCMHCA) 1.0 1.0 out of 5 stars Greensboro, NC 27408 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional (LCSW, LCSWA, LCMHC, LCMHCA) for our Community Support Team Lead position. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health services to individuals and families, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques and approaches. This role involves working closely with clients to assess their needs, develop treatment plans, and deliver effective interventions to promote mental well-being as well as supervising the other team staff of Qualified Professionals and Peer Support Specialist. Duties Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans such as Person centered plans and DLA Functional Assessments. Provide therapy using evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing. Manage cases effectively, coordinating care with other healthcare professionals and community resources. Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with ICD-9 coding standards and organizational policies. Document daily progress notes of goals and interventions as written in the person-centered plan. Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in social work and mental health care. Provide support and guidance for individuals navigating the complexities of mental health issues, while living independently in the community. Requirements A Master’s degree in Social Work or Clinical Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution. Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW, LCSWA) or Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC, LCMHCA). Experience in case management and clinical and functional assessment is essential. Familiarity with evidenced based therapies preferred. Knowledge of working with individuals with co-occurring illness or dual diagnoses is a plus. Proficiency in clinical documentation and knowledge of DSM 5 diagnosis. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds. Commitment to ethical practice and continuous professional growth. Leadership and supervisory skills to manage a team of 4 to 5 staff. This position qualifies for HRSA Loan Repayment program in which Akachi Solution is a participating agency.
