Duties Conduct assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide counseling services in an outpatient setting, utilizing techniques such as grief counseling, art therapy, and applied behavior analysis. Maintain accurate documentation of client progress in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Implement case management strategies to coordinate care and support for clients. Utilize ICD-10 coding for accurate record-keeping and billing purposes. Offer direct support to clients during therapy sessions, fostering a safe and supportive environment.
