Pyramid Healthcare ACTT in Charlotte is committed to providing high-quality, community-based mental health services. Our Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT) delivers comprehensive, person-centered care to individuals experiencing mental health and substance use challenges, as well as those in need of housing and vocational support. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated ACTT Mental Health Therapist to provide direct-care outpatient mental health services to individuals in the community. This role involves working with individuals in their homes or community settings, including those experiencing homeness, to support their mental health, substance use recovery, and overall stability.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary Range:

$50,000-$57,000/year (based on licensure, certification, and experience).

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver therapeutic interventions, crisis management, and case management to individuals in need.
Maintain a caseload of 4-6 clients per day, with a target of 25 client contacts per week.
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Provide case management in areas such as housing, employment, and social reintegration.
Complete clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
Begin each day at the local office before traveling to meet clients in the community.
Participate in the crisis phone coverage on a rotating basis, including weekend shift when on-call, with time off before and after on-call shifts.

Qualifications:

Required:

Active Professional Counseling License in North Carolina (LCMHC(A) or LCSW(A)).
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
Experience in community-based mental health or substance use treatment preferred.
Strong clinical assessment, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and engage clients in diverse settings.
