Location:

Hybrid/Remote, near Cary, NC Who You Are You hold a Master’s Degree and a valid counseling license in good standing in North Carolina (LCMHC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.). You are local to Cary, NC, or the surrounding area, and are able to see clients both in-person and virtually. You are committed to holistic, client-centered care and eager to work within a supportive group practice setting You are self-motivated, comfortable with both collaborative and independent work, and willing to market your services and attend local networking events.

We Offer:

A supportive, collaborative group practice environment. Marketing support via WovenGrace Wellness’s website and social media sites. Full access to an electronic health record (EHR) platform for streamlined documentation and scheduling. Comprehensive billing and credentialing services. Three months paid subscription to Psychology Today to boost your visibility and client referrals.

Competitive pay structure:

Start at 60% of the revenue received from your clients and increase to 65% as your caseload grows Potential for full-time work if desired

Responsibilities:

Provide individual, couples, or family counseling to clients while integrating holistic and evidence-based approaches. Independently maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using our EHR system. Participate in practice meetings and collaborate with fellow clinicians. Engage in self-marketing efforts and attend local events to grow your client base. Uphold ethical and professional standards as required by the North Carolina State board.

Pay:

Avg. $90/hr, further discussed during interview Roughly 30 days to onboard and start filling caseload (Includes credentialing and company overview)
