Psychotherapist Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Psychotherapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health services to individuals, couples, and families. This role involves utilizing various therapeutic techniques to support clients in overcoming challenges, improving their mental well-being, and achieving personal growth. The Psychotherapist will work collaboratively with clients to develop treatment plans tailored to their unique needs. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients’ mental health needs and establish treatment goals. Provide individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
