We hope to hire a skilled clinician to work at a growing, outpatient, holistic based mental health practice. This is an exciting opportunity to provide a holistic approach to treatment for individuals that are in need of varying levels of care in conjunction with mental health treatment when appropriate. The position is for 10-15 hours per week with the potential to increase hours over an 8-12 month period. Pay is $55 per billable hour. This is by the hour. This is a W2 position so you don’t have to worry about paying your own taxes at the end of the year like with a 1099! This position is also paid a flat rate fee for service on a bi-weekly schedule, regardless of if the insurance company has paid the practice yet, this means you will have steady paychecks without having to wait! Clinician currently has access to the physical office on Mondays and Fridays (all day), and 4pm – 8pm on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. There will be more openings in the future but please keep this in mind to start as we mostly see patients in person. Responsibilities

• Meet with patients in person, in the office in Epping, New Hampshire. There may be some options to work remotely in the future but it is on a client by client basis.
• Provide psychotherapy, utilizing multiple modalities and methods consistent with evidence-based practice, including specific and focused treatment protocols, when appropriate.
• Utilize progress monitoring and outcome measurement tools to assess benefits of psychotherapy and change the treatment plan, if necessary.
• The Clinician is responsible for establishing clear treatment goals and clinically appropriate recommendations for treatment and interventions
• The Clinician is responsible for keeping timely and up to date documentation. Qualifications
• Graduate degree in counseling, psychology, or social work from an accredited institution
• State licensure as a mental health counselor (LMHC) or licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) or clinical psychologist (PsyD or PhD) or licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT).
• Working knowledge and understanding of various mental health disorders.
• Experience conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering individual therapy.
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team of professionals in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong time management and organizational skills to ensure timely documentation and other deliverables required for the role.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and demonstrated experience in providing culturally responsive clinical services to clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Experience working with adolescents.
• Experience providing mindfulness, movement, somatic, and/or art based therapy preferred.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and technology-driven services, is preferred.
