Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Clinician to join our outpatient behavioral health team. The Clinician will provide individual, family, couples, and group therapy; conduct clinical assessments; deliver crisis intervention; and coordinate care with internal and external providers. This position is ideal for a compassionate, team-oriented professional looking to grow within a supportive clinical environment.
Schedule:
Full-Time, Part Time Enjoy weekends and all major holidays off
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct clinical assessments and provide therapy across individual, family, group, or couples modalities Develop and maintain treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge documentation in accordance with agency standards Provide case management, crisis intervention, and appropriate referrals as needed Collaborate with psychiatrists, clinical team members, and other community providers Communicate with families, schools, and other collateral contacts when appropriate Enter and maintain accurate documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) Participate in team meetings, training, and regular supervision Adhere to agency policies and procedures, including all regulatory and quality assurance standards
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field (required) New Jersey LSW (Licensed Social Worker) or New Jersey LAC (Licensed Associate Counselor) required; LCSW and LPC candidates encouraged to apply Strong interpersonal and clinical skills Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems preferred Newly licensed clinicians are welcome and encouraged to apply Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
Compensation and Benefits:
Hourly Rate:
Determined by the Union Collective Bargaining Agreement; starting at $21.21/hour , with additional hourly compensation based on years of experience
