Hybrid Psychotherapist in Private Practice (New Jersey, LCSW or LPC) Oorja LLC Chester, NJ 07930 • Hybrid work Overview Oorja is a practice management and recruiting company. The practices we serve and work with are hiring psychotherapists to join their teams. Therapists must be independently licensed (LCSW, LPC) in New Jersey and be able to commit to working after-school hours, with at least 2 shifts in person at the office in Chester, NJ. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess patients’ mental health needs. Provide individual therapy (interest in providing couples therapy or child/family therapy is a plus) Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each patient. Perform patient assessments to monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary. Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Qualifications Master’s degree in counseling or social work from an accredited institution. Valid state licensure as an independently licensed therapist (LPC or LCSW) in New Jersey Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices in psychology. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
