This position will start out part time with opportunity to go full time in the future if the candidate so chooses. This is a Hybrid position with a minimum of one full day or two evenings per week in office with the flexibility to choose your remote schedule. Saturday’s are available but not required. 10 hours per week minimum.

Potential schedule could look like:

Monday 12-8 in office, Tues 9-1 in office, Wed 10-7 at home OR Monday and Wednesday 4-8 in office and Thursday 9-5 at home.

Candidates will:

• Conduct therapy sessions with individuals and couples
• Assess patients’ mental health needs and develop treatment plans
• Utilize various therapeutic techniques such as

CBT, DBT, MI, EMDR

etc.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care when needed
• Participate in supervision
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
• Stay informed about current research and best practices in the field

Experience and Skills Needed:

• LMSW with minimum of 1 year supervised clinical experience, pay commensurate with experience
• Phenomenal rapport building and client retention skills
• Compassion, Kindness, Clinical Knowledge are imperative
• Proficient in conducting assessments and developing treatment plans
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of documentation requirements and regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
