Full Job Description The Attention Group (TAG) is a small boutique practice specializing in evidence-based mental health care for ADHD and related disorders in children, adolescents, and adults. We are looking to hire a licensed or license-eligible psychotherapist. Supervision will be provided. The start date is flexible, with the ability to begin in the Summer or Fall of 2025.
Patients:
We see children, adolescents, and adults with ADHD, anxiety, depression, executive function difficulties, OCD, disruptive behavior disorders, autism, family or life stressors, and/or related challenges.
Services:
We offer diagnostic evaluations, psychotherapy, executive function/ADHD coaching, parent training, and school consultation through our team of clinicians and coaches. We employ empirically supported interventions and embrace a neurodiversity affirming approach.

Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate has a particular interest in ADHD and is an energetic self-starter who enjoys learning, teaching, and working with other providers. She/he/they should have competency in CBT for children and preferably (not essentially) adults as well. Experience with executive function skills training, parent training, school consultation, and/or other evidence-based approaches (DBT, ACT, ERP) is a plus. This position will be hybrid, with some days in-person and some virtual days. Two or more hours of weekly individual and group supervision (at least one of each) is provided, with a potential opportunity to supervise as well. Compensation is competitive (fee-for-service). This is an excellent opportunity for early career practitioners to grow with and potentially build out the practice in their areas of interest.

$40,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year Note that this posting is for a fee-for-service position. Your caseload will be built up over time.

Schedule:
While the schedule during daytime hours is flexible, the clinician is expected to have flexibility in accommodating clients’ schedules. Must be available for afterschool/evening hours.
