Position Overview:

We are seeking dedicated Social Workers, Mental Health Counselors, and Marriage and Family Therapists (both pre-licensed and licensed) to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will be passionate about providing outstanding therapeutic services to our clients.

Responsibilities:

Conduct therapy sessions with individuals, couples, families, and groups. Participate in regular group supervision, contributing insights and benefiting from shared expertise. Maintain detailed and confidential records of client sessions. Collaborate with a team of therapists to optimize treatment plans and improve client outcomes. Uphold ethical standards and professional integrity at all times.

Requirements:

Completion and graduation from an accredited Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy program. Possession of a valid state license as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT, or eligibility to obtain a limited permit. Demonstrated experience or passion for therapy in your field. Ability to commit to a full-time schedule, including three evenings per week and one weekend day.
