Overview:

Join our team at the WJCS Developmental Disabilities Program, based at the Hartsdale Clinic, as a Clinician . In this hybrid full-time role, you will provide therapeutic services to individuals ages 5 through adulthood who are dually diagnosed with intellectual disabilities and/or autism, along with co-occurring psychiatric conditions. The salary range for this hybrid position is $65,000 – $75,000.
Responsibilities:
As a valued member of our team, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Providing evidence-based therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities and co-occurring psychiatric disorders. Collaborating with professionals from schools, hospitals, and community agencies to coordinate care and support. Interpreting psychological assessments and data to inform treatment planning and provide psychoeducation to interdisciplinary team members. Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation and complete required agency reports. Performing other related duties as needed.
Requirements :
We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualification: Masters Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited school. Current NYS licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC) Thorough understanding of psychiatric disorders. Experience working with people who have developmental disabilities and/or autism. Excellent interpersonal, teamwork and communication skills. Experience working on an interdisciplinary team in an outpatient setting.
