We are currently seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Limited Permit Mental Health Counselor (MHC-LP) to join our growing team. This position is ideal for motivated clinicians who are passionate about delivering quality care, value collaboration, and are looking to build or grow their clinical skills within a supportive environment.

What You’ll Love About This Role Flexible Scheduling:

Create your own schedule within our hours of operation. Evening and weekend availability is required to meet patient demand.

Biweekly Team Meetings & Supervision:

Join in-person clinical team meetings and group supervision every other Thursday from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM at our New Rochelle/Pelham, NY location.

Remote Work Model:

Work from the comfort of your home while maintaining a secure, HIPAA-compliant workspace. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide individual, couples, and family therapy using your preferred modalities. (Specialization in anxiety, depression, OCD, and relationships is a plus.) Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and practice standards. Collaborate with fellow clinicians to promote continuity of care and strong patient outcomes. Participate in ongoing training, case consultation, and professional development.

Scheduling, billing, and patient coordination handled for you.

Consistent Referrals:

We manage marketing and outreach, no need to source your own caseload.

HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform and Simple Practice EHR system.

Team Connection:

Participate in team chats, meetings, and case reviews.

Paid Sick Time:

Up to 40 hours of paid sick leave annually (in accordance with NY State law). 401(k)

Plan:

Eligibility after one year of employment.

Qualifications Education & Licensure:

LMHC:

Must hold active licensure in New York.

MHC-LP:

Must have an active Limited Permit and be under supervision per New York State regulations. Must reside in New York State and be authorized to work in the U.S.

Experience & Skills:

Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred (including internship/practicum). Familiarity with EHR systems; Simple Practice experience a plus. Strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and ethical standards. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Requirements:

Active professional liability insurance. Individual NPI number. Completed CAQH profile. Reliable internet connection, personal computer, and secure private workspace.

Compensation & Commitment Pay Range:

$35-$45 per hour, depending on licensure and experience

Schedule:

Availability between 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM, including evenings/weekends

Minimum Weekly Commitment:
