Part-time Psychotherapist Position Available In Westchester, New York

Part-time Psychotherapist Westchester Group Therapy Pleasantville, NY 10570 Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Psychotherapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mental health counseling and demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality therapeutic services. This role involves working with diverse populations, including children and teenagers, in an outpatient setting. Treatment will be individual, group and family, and will primarily be during after school hours and occasional weekends, as needed and as available. Responsibilities Conduct group and individual psychotherapy for a growing case load Complete clinically appropriate documentation Participate in weekly supervision with clinical director Skills Experience in various therapeutic modalities Ability to conduct thorough patient assessments and develop effective treatment strategies. Experience working with children and adolescents Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation and record keeping.
