We welcome independently licensed therapists (LCSW or LPC) at any stage of their career who are passionate about making a difference. About the Role As a valued member of our clinical team, you will: Conduct culturally sensitive, strengths-based assessments for clients and families. Deliver individualized outpatient therapy for adults, children, and families. Develop and implement crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans. Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and fellow therapists for holistic care. Participate in case consultations and team meetings. Maintain timely and accurate documentation, treatment plans, and billing.

Active LCSW or LPC license in Pennsylvania. All experience levels welcome—from newly licensed to seasoned clinicians. Passion for delivering high-quality, ethical mental health care.
