Salary Range:

$44,500.00 To $48,000.00 Annually

• Adelphoi is seeking dedicated Community Counselors with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work to work full-time in Allegheny County. We have full-time positions in Wilkinsburg, North Versailles, and the North Side.
• Adelphoi provides on-site job shadowing and training.

• Responsibilities:

• + Provide psycho-education services and facilitate groups with delinquent youth.

+ Implement evidence-based interventions and promote a safe environment for youth’s social, emotional, intellectual, and physical growth. + Provide support for routine and daily living skills to youth + Provide crisis intervention to youth + Adhere to Trauma-Informed Care principles and maintain professionalism during external meetings, family-related activities, and court hearings.

• Requirements:

• + Bachelor’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work. + Strong verbal and written communication skills. + Ability to work evenings. + Ability to work the hours of 2pm – 10pm Monday-Friday.
