Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time Adolescent Co-Occurring Clinician to join our team and contribute to the well-being of our adolescent clients through direct support in individual, family, and group counseling sessions. The clinician will also oversee various aspects of our daily program operations, working in a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a weekly program schedule based on client census and group needs.
Coordinate ancillary services such as Yoga and Art Therapy and manage daily food orders.
Facilitate Partial Hospitalization, family, and individual therapy sessions, and conduct client assessments in accordance with program guidelines.
Prepare materials for group facilitation and ensure client files are maintained according to regulatory standards.
Collaborate with clients, families, and staff to create and manage individualized treatment plans.
Conduct weekly team treatment meetings, document insurance reviews, and collect client co-pays.
Participate in ongoing training, staff meetings, and supervision to uphold program standards.
Maintain a safe, orderly, and therapeutic environment, including providing crisis intervention as needed.
Establish and maintain ethical boundaries with clients.
Education & Experience Requirements

Preferred:

Master’s level licensure in Pennsylvania.
3+ years of post-graduate clinical experience in adolescent services or 2+ years in adult services.
Experience or training in mental health programs for children and youth.

Preferred:

Specialized education or professional experience with co-occurring disorders.
