Hybrid Contract Psychotherapist McPherson Clinical & Consulting Services, LLC Wyncote, PA 19095 • Remote Pursue a career filled with purpose and meaning by joining McPherson Clinical & Consulting Services as a part-time Hybrid Contract Psychotherapist ! You provide telehealth and in-person therapy services, allowing you to work from home and our comfortable Wyncote, PA office. WHAT’S YOUR DAY LIKE?
As our Hybrid Contract Psychotherapist, you deliver high-quality, compassionate mental health support and guidance. You handle a caseload of at least 15 clients per week, many of whom belong to the BIPOC and LGBTQIA communities. With an understanding and culturally sensitive approach, you lead telehealth and in-person sessions while complying with ethical, legal, and HIPAA standards. You conduct comprehensive assessments, create targeted treatment plans, and implement evidence-based methods to address each client’s unique needs. Ensuring the highest quality of care, you maintain meticulous documentation, attend team meetings, and participate in case consultations.

WHAT DO YOU NEED?
Active, unrestricted mental health license in Pennsylvania (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD) 2+ years of post-licensure experience providing therapy Demonstrated competency and experience working with BIPOC and LGBTQIA communities Telehealth experience and comfort with using virtual therapy platforms Possession of malpractice insurance and eligibility for credentialing with insurance companies Some afternoon, evening, or weekend availability These preferred qualifications would give you a leg up: Expertise in a specialized mental health field (trauma-informed care, EMDR, CBT, DBT, couples therapy, etc.) Experience working in private practice or community mental health settings Bilingual communication skills Ready to grow your career and thrive as our part-time Hybrid Contract Psychotherapist?
