$59.7K•$77.3K a year 11 hours ago Qualifications Mid-level Master’s degree Discharge planning Marriage & Family Therapy Social Work Master of Family Therapy 2 years Behavioral health Full Job Description At Children’s Crisis Treatment Center (CCTC), our staff is dedicated to addressing the impact of childhood traumatic events and other challenges. The Clinician for the Family Based Program provides team delivered, intensive home-based family therapy to children and their families, using the Eco-systemic Structural Family Therapy Model of treatment, while working in a dynamic, Sanctuary accredited agency. Our goal is to strengthen families, help caregivers help their children, and prevent out-of-home placements of children. Teamwork in the program includes working closely with a co-therapist and AAMFT-approved clinical supervisor as well as participating in routine clinical trainings that are provided.

Summary of Essential Functions:

Implements the Eco-systemic Structural Family Therapy Model while serving children and families in their homes and communities Creates and completes treatment plans every thirty days for each client, specifying objective and measurable treatment objectives and interventions Completes progress notes, specifying session goals and interventions that are consistent with the treatment plan, within five days of sessions or by the following Monday, whichever is sooner Completes Children and Adolescent Needs and Strengths (CANS) for each assigned child every four months Completes discharge summaries detailing treatment goals, progress and aftercare plans with in one week of client discharge Participates in weekly group and team supervision seeking growth around clearly identified developmental goals as a clinician Uses videotape and live supervision to enhance clinical development at least twice for each client Conduct timely periodic case reviews with Insurer Attends trainings as assigned and in accordance with state, county and agency regulations Prepares case consultation presentations for trainings and supervision sessions as assigned Maintains an average of at least 18 billable hours per week per quarter Maintains an average of at least 60% of service hours delivered together with co-therapist Employs Sanctuary Model with clients, families and staff Working three to four evenings per week in the community and providing on-call crisis intervention services on a rotating basis is required Must fulfill Mandated reporting responsibilities when situation warrants Requirements Master’s degree in marriage and family therapy, social work, counseling, psychology or related field. Minimum of two years’ experience providing behavioral health services to children and families. Must have own transportation. Training and experience working with child victims of abuse, neglect and other traumatic circumstances a plus.
