The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health services to individuals and families, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques. This role involves working with diverse populations and addressing a wide range of psychological issues. The Psychotherapist will engage in individual couple and family sessions, conduct assessments, and develop treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs. If you treat children and adolescents, please apply now! Duties Provide individual, couple or family sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on clinical assessments. Offer direct support and crisis management to clients in distress. Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with coding standards. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care. Engage in case management activities, including referrals to other services as needed. Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance clinical skills. Provide child family counseling as required, addressing the specific needs of children and their families. Requirements Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution. Valid licensure as a Psychotherapist or equivalent in the state of practice or supervised by a person with a license. We can provide supervision as well. Teletherapy experience is a plus! Proof of HIPAA compliant platform for teletherapy and therapeutic notes. Strong knowledge of clinical counseling techniques and patient care practices. Professional Insurance.
