The ideal candidate will have expertise in grief counseling and possess the ability to create a safe and nurturing environment for clients to express their emotions Duties Conduct individual and group therapy sessions to address mental health and addiction issues. Develop personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments of clients’ needs. Provide case management services, ensuring clients receive appropriate resources and support. Utilize evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and psychopharmacology as part of treatment. Collect and maintain accurate data regarding client progress and treatment outcomes. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance client care and support. Offer guidance and support for individuals with disabilities, ensuring their unique needs are met. Facilitate group therapy sessions to promote peer support and community building among clients. Requirements Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field. Valid counseling license or certification in the state of practice. Experience in addiction counseling is preferred; familiarity with mental health counseling is essential. Strong skills in case management and data collection methodologies. Knowledge of psychopharmacology and its application in treatment settings. Proficiency in facilitating group therapy sessions effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
