Behavioral Health Counselor 3.2 3.2 out of 5 stars 455 Lakeshore Parkway, Rock Hill, SC 29730 Affinity Health Center is seeking a full-time Behavioral Health Counselor with a desire to serve vulnerable populations to provide counseling for mental health, substance abuse and other behavioral health needs. We are a team committed to addressing health inequities and enhancing quality of life. The Behavioral Health Counselor will collaborate with our primary care and specialty providers, and will provide psychotherapy in individual, family and group settings. This position will provide counseling to all age groups. Join our team in a growing community health center located in Rock Hill, South Carolina, just outside of Charlotte, NC.

Salary :

$55,000 – $65,000 Annually – Pay is Negotiable Based on Qualifications .

POSITION REQUIREMENTS SC

LPC-Associates or LMSW required; SC LPC or LISW-CP preferred. Must be able to counsel people of all ages, children – adults. Strong written and oral communication skills. Problem solving, assessment skills and crisis management. Thorough knowledge of chronic diseases. Ability to set appropriate boundaries. Substance abuse certification preferred. Remote/Hybrid working available after onboarding
