Role:

Moving Mindful Therapy LLC is looking for compassionate, skilled therapists to join our fully remote private practice . This contract role offers the freedom of independent work with the benefit of peer support, steady referrals, and a values-aligned clinical environment. We operate with a remote-first model , but ask that team members be willing to attend quarterly in-person meetings in Rock Hill, SC after the initial 90 days to foster collaboration and connection.

Compensation:

0-15 client sessions/week: $70 per clinical hour 16-20 client sessions/week: $75 per clinical hour 21+ client sessions/week: $80 per clinical hour Paid monthly on the 30th via direct deposit

Schedule & Structure:

100% remote sessions — no regular in-office hours required; bonuses available for contractors willing to come in the office at least one day a week. Minimum of 15 client sessions/week Flexible scheduling•choose your own hours Quarterly in-person team meetings begin after 90 days (Rock Hill, SC) Separate work phone provided for HIPAA-compliant communication (optional)

Responsibilities:

Deliver individual therapy services through secure telehealth platforms Complete thorough assessments and individualized treatment plans Maintain up-to-date, legally compliant documentation Provide ethical and client-centered care across the lifespan (including minors) Engage in team collaboration and periodic consults Why Join Moving Mindful Therapy? Requirements:

Active LISW-CP, LMFT, LCMHC or LPC license in South Carolina Currently or able to be credentialed with BCBS-SC is a must. Must be able to commute to Rock Hill, SC quarterly May reside in South Carolina or surrounding areas (e.g., Charlotte metro area) Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling Experience working with adolescents, adults, and families Proficiency in telehealth technology and EHR systems Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills Private, professional space for telehealth sessions
