Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and licensed mental health professionals to join our outpatient behavioral health team in Chattanooga, Morristown, Newport, or Knoxville, TN. This is a full-time, onsite role suitable for individuals who are passionate about improving the mental health and well-being of patients across all age groups.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver individual and/or group clinical counseling services to a diverse population Conduct comprehensive assessments and formulate individualized treatment plans Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical interactions and progress Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective care Uphold ethical standards and adhere to all regulatory and licensure requirements
Qualifications:
Active licensure in Tennessee as one of the following: Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Licensed Professional Counselor in Residence (LPC in Residence) Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Open to new graduates Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills Ability to manage a diverse caseload in an outpatient setting
