This position will primarily work with adolescents age 14-17 years old. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a master’s degree in a counseling related field and be eligible for TN state licensure as a LPC, LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LADAC, etc… Bachelor Level or other certified candidates with extensive experience related to outpatient substance abuse counseling with adolescents will be considered. This position will focus on conduction 1 adolescent IOP group 4x/week, individual sessions, clinical assessments, and current client reviews. This position is not fee based and compensation will be paid for direct client contact as well as correlating non-contact duties when verified by scheduling. This position requires onsite office hours, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday from 10:30 AM

• 7:30PM.

Wednesday duties will be completed off-site/home-based via Telemedicine with laptop provided. An additional 1-3 hours will be paid for off-site remote hours Friday mornings to complete any outstanding clinical documentation for the week. Total paid hours weekly will range from 32-36 hours/week depending on caseload, with a potential to increase hours. There are no on-call, weekend, or Friday “on-site” requirements, offering flexibility for extended weekends. Counselors must have the ability to accommodate on-site and remote Telemedicine Counseling with company provided laptop. Compensation offering is based on current clinical degree, license eligibility, and relevant experience as related to substance abuse, mental health counseling, and adolescent experience in accordance with TN State guidelines and parameters of other governing bodies including insurance carriers.

Compensation ranges include:

• hourly rate of $19
• 26/hour based on education level and relevant experience for all clinically verified duties including direct contact and non-contact/documentation. Licensed candidates will qualify for increased hourly compensation

• supervision for licensure for appropriate candidates

approved facility through HRSA which may provide education loan repayment assistance to qualified candidates Candidates must have counseling experience and qualities in the following areas:

• substance abuse/addiction and mental health
• direct counseling experience with adults and some exposure to adolescent counseling preferred
• experience with facilitation of group sessions (preferably IOP)
• clinical assessments and intakes
• efficient and high quality electronic clinical documentation capabilities
• a desire to work in a smaller practice setting.
