Please read thoroughly – the listing is current and specific . You must have your full clinical license. Please read through so you know what you’re applying for. We are looking for 2 licensed clinical therapists who want to work hybrid (combination of in-person and telehealth) or telehealth either part time or full time. (Full time means booking 25 clients per week or more). We offer lots of help getting started, credentialing, developing referral sources, etc…

We are a small private practice located in Farmington, CT. We do our best to support one another and to help new therapists learn the private practice ropes. We have a strong emphasis on positive vibes and supportive environment. There are weekly opportunities to meet up to discuss clinical practice or business or anything else. If you want to work independently and be your own boss, without losing camaraderie and support of colleagues, we might be a great fit for you. Who we are looking for:

Licensed clinical therapists who are looking to start private practice, whether that’s part time building up to full time or just part time as a side hustle. We offer lots of support and guidance in this process. We can accommodate therapists who want to work full time, part time, in-person, hybrid, and telehealth only. You choose how much or how little you want to work! At this time we are not able to take on associate level clinicians (LMSW, LPC-A, LMFTA).

Wi-Fi in the suite, and a kitchenette with fridge, microwave, coffee, tea, water, ice, etc… Opportunities to receive a quarterly CEU stipend. This is a 1099 position.

Requirements and preferred skills:

You must be licensed to practice in the state of Connecticut , we are NOT taking on interns or students for field work. We are not set up to provide supervision at this time. Please have some understanding of what it means to be a 1099 contracted professional. Do your research. Understand the business side of practice as mentioned above. Our building is open 7am to 7pm weekdays, 7 to 5 Saturday . You can see clients outside these hours via telehealth.

You should have good time management skills and good people skills. Should be able to take initiative on seeking clients, developing referral sources, managing your caseload A basic understanding of being a 1099 contracted professional.
