Responsibilities:
Provide direct care, counseling, and therapeutic services toindividuals, families, and groups. Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalizedtreatment plans. Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques andinterventions to support clients in achieving their goals. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure appropriatedischarge planning, treatment coordination, and referrals. Offer crisis intervention and support to individuals in acutedistress. Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentationfollowing organizational policies and regulatory guidelines. Completing program-specific assessments. Participate in ongoing professional development and trainingopportunities to enhance clinical skills andknowledge.
Qualifications:
Masters degree in social work, psychology, mental healthcounseling, or related field from an accreditedUniversity/College. Demonstrated experience providing therapy or counseling in abehavioral health setting. Proficiency in conducting assessments, diagnosing mental healthconditions, and developing treatment plans. Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalitiesand interventions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage withdiverse populations. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinaryteam.
