Life Strategies Counseling Inc , part of the Optum family ofbusinesses, is seeking a Licensed Behavioral HealthClinician/Therapist to join our team in Paragould, AR. As a memberof the Optum Behavioral Care team, you’ll be an integral part ofour vision to make healthcare better for everyone. As a LicensedBehavioral Health Clinician/Therapist, you will treat a widevariety of mental health conditions that reflect the needs of ourdiverse patient population. Primary Responsibilities:

• Screen and assess patients forcommon mental health and substance abuse disorders
• Providetreatment for mental health conditions using various approachesincluding cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioraltherapy, and other evidence-based methods
• Systematically tracktreatment response and monitor patients for changes in clinicalsymptoms and treatment side effects or complications

RequiredQualifications:

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or arelated counseling field
• Clear, active and unrestricted license(LICSW, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LPC) in the state of practice
• Currently eligible to be enrolled as a provider in the Medicareprogram or able to terminate opt-out (if applicable) prior tostarting a new position
• Driver’s License and access to reliabletransportation

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2 years of professionalexperience post master’s degree providing behavioral healthservices
• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services toindividuals and families
• Experience working with computers forprofessional communication and medical documentation – Excel,Outlook, Athena RMS (or other EHRs)

Connecting. Growing together. The salary range for this role is$59,500 to $116,600 annually based on full-time employment. Pay isbased on several factors including but not limited to local labormarkets, education, work experience, certifications, etc.
