The IC-TCM operates as an independent contractor (1099). A Targeted Case Manager will provide assessment, planning, linkage, monitoring and advocacy for children, youth and their families in order to assist client in the process of recovery from a behavioral health condition. This position will require a provisional certification within 90 days of employment. Prefercne will be given to does who have thier certification as a Behavioral Health Case Manager (CBHCM) with the Florida Certification Board. Credentialing training opportunities are available by employing agency. IC-TCM will provide Medicaid billable services to children, youth and adults in the greater Central Florida area (Seminole, Orange, Osceola, and/or Volusia County). Service delivery will be provided in agency office, in client home, via telehealth or at other community based locatons.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in social work or a human services related field from an accredited college or university. A minimum of 2 years experience providing behavioral health services to children and families. Must comply with a level two background screening including FBI, FDLE, Local Law check, Employment Reference check, DMV check, Criminal Records check, Social Security Trace & Drug Screening. FDLE check will be run at least every 5 years by employing agency/organization. Driver’s License and auto insurance. Proficient in Microsoft applications (word processing, spreadsheets, database, and emailing) Bilingual a plus. Excellent written and verbal skills. Adhere to all organizational operational policies and procedures, as well as compliance with all applicable program, federal, state and local laws and regulations. Maintain a professional manner, ensure the confidentiality of clients, and work effectively with families, children and community liaisons. Florida Certification Board Certification – Certified Behavioral Health Case Manager (CBHCM) or Certification eligible. Willing to follow advised CDC guidelines and

$18 to $25 per hour depending on experience and credential status.
