Located just outside of Boston, Massachusetts, our team of dedicated professionals is here to provide compassionate care and evidence-based treatments for youths ages 13-18 who are struggling with mental health concerns. “`Overview“` We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Group Facilitator for Adolescents to join our team of professional Mental Health providers. Hours to be determined and this is a full time position working with adolescents. As a Group Facilitator, you will play a vital role in providing support and guidance to individuals in a group setting. Your expertise in addiction counseling, mental health counseling, and case management will be essential in helping our clients achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being. “`Responsibilities“`

• Coordinate Intakes with Individuals and Families
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for participants
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans based on individual needs
• Provide individual counseling and support as needed
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment interventions
• Assist with crisis intervention and de-escalation when necessary
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions “`Experience“` To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
• Previous experience in addiction counseling, mental health counseling, or related field
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices in group therapy
• Familiarity with data collection and coding procedures
• Strong understanding of gender issues in counseling
• Experience working in a hospital or similar healthcare setting is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
