What You’ll Be Doing Build trusting relationships with clients, community members, and service providers Connecting clients to resources to improve their mental and physical health Create person-centered treatment plans tailored to the strengths of the client you are working with, their goals, and the vision they have of their future Advocating and assisting in managing or accessing services or community programs Connecting clients to their community and assisting in building skills and natural supports
Requirements:
Certification as a Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician – Community (MHRT/C) or a Provisional MHRT/C required, and experience in the field is preferred.
