LicensedClinical Social Workers (LCSW) LCSW Details Full Time SchedulesPrimarily Monday through Friday schedule Some weekends may berequired 8 hour shifts available Contract Position LCSW DutiesOperates at the direction of an assigned licensed staff member,typically a staff psychologist Providing professionalrehabilitative mental health services to offenders who areidentified as having mental, social, physical, emotional, and/orcognitive impairments Documentation in the healthcare record,facilitation of psycho-educational groups, creating groupactivities, and offering feedback/clinical impressions as part of atreatment team Facilitation of curriculum-based and leisureactivity groups and provision of individual support to offendersMonitoring, maintaining, and inventorying supplies used forprogramming Monitoring offenders as they work on treatment goals inthe residential milieu and serve as an active member of themultidisciplinary treatment team Monitor the adjustment ofoffenders and implement specific techniques aimed at stressmanagement, social skill development, adapting to the demands ofthe prison environment, and planning for return to the communityEmployee’s supportive counseling role includes the use of crisisintervention techniques and referral to clinical staff forfollow-up as necessary LCSW Qualifications Graduation from anaccredited educational institution Licensed as a Licensed ClinicalSocial Worker (LCSW) by the State in which the position is located.

The license MUST be in good standing 1 year of relevant LicensedClinical Social Worker (LCSW) experience

LCSW Knowledge, Skills,and Abilities:
