Critical Time Intervention Manager Position Available In Rockingham, New Hampshire

This position includes supervision of the CTI program and staff; ensuring compliance with the fidelity of this evidence-based practice. The role will also provide case management, care coordination, and transition planning for people transitioning from a Designated Receiving Facility. This role will oversee the success of the program. Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a mental health/human service field. Experience in behavioral health, case management, and/or social determinants of health, in addition to supervisory experience. Master’s preferred.
