Qualifications:

Supportive Housing:

Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health related discipline; Experience in the mental health field preferred.

Adult ICMS Case Management :

Masters of Social Work (MSW) or a Master’s (MA/MS) degree with clinical training OR; Bachelor’s (BA/BS) degree in mental health field plus (1) year post-degree relevant experience OR; Associate’s (AA/AS) degree in mental health field plus (2) years post-degree relevant experience.

Youth Partial Care Case Managers :

Bachelor’s degree (BA, BS, BSW) in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited college/university; One year experience with youth in a mental health capacity required. All candidates must possess a valid driver’s license in good standing Oaks Integrated Care is an
