We are looking for full-time/part-time Licensed Associate Counselors (LAC) and Licensed Social Workers (LSW) to join a diverse practice and work with an experienced multidisciplinary team and Licensed Mental Health Therapists . Responsibilities Conduct new client intakes Evaluate individual client needs, assess and initiate appropriate treatment and services Maintain full caseload of kept weekly appointments Analyze and evaluate progress and results of service/treatment program Collaborate with clients to establish, continue, or change goals based on regular assessment of success in meeting those goals Facilitate group therapies Record case summaries, providing all necessary progress notes, written assessments, and other required paperwork in a timely manner Communicate progress/concerns regarding client with Clinical Supervisor and program Psychiatrist, as necessary Utilize agency and community resources to perform related tasks necessary to client/supports goals and needs Requirements Must be licensed to practice in the state of NJ Strong written and oral communication skills Ability to perform multiple tasks Excellent interpersonal personnel and organizational skills Ability to work effectively as part of the clinical team More… Location sites throughout Essex County, Hudson County, Passaic County, and Bergen County Full-time and Part Time (Day, Night & Weekend Shifts available) Benefits eligible after 90 days
