Resolution Counseling Center is a private practice serving New Jersey and New York from our offices in Jersey City, Millburn, and Bloomfield. Our team of 60+ therapists is dedicated to providing compassionate care to individual adults, couples, teens, and kids. We have specialty teams for queer therapists, perinatal specialists, and sobriety/recovery work. Plus in-house supervision is provided toward your LCSW or LPC license. Our seasoned pros can eventually step up to join our prestigious out-of-network practice Cultivate Therapy (www.cultivatetherapyteam.com) to earn more while we coach you to build a brand based on your expertise. You’ll join our Sept. cohort and will be paid to learn Gottman Method couples therapy, CBT, diagnosing skills, and trauma-informed care. More than 60 hours of paid training is provided in the first three months to add new specialties to your toolkit.

www.resolutioncc.com/careers Responsibilities Conduct individual and group therapy sessions to address clients’ mental health needs. Perform diagnostic evaluations to assess clients’ psychological conditions. Develop personalized treatment plans based on client assessments and goals. Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including behavioral therapy and crisis intervention techniques. Provide telehealth services as needed to ensure accessibility for clients. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulations. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients. About the Role This is a hybrid full-time position where you’ll work both onsite and remotely following one of the below assigned schedules:

Onsite :

2 days/week at our Jersey City office

Remote :

3 days/week 8 hour shift, evening shift, weekends as needed

What We’re Looking For:

Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling or Social Work required

Current NJ License :

LAC, LSW, LCSW, LMFT, LPC

1+ year(s) of full-time counseling experience (i.e. 1500 session hours post-masters) Availability to work some evenings until 8PM and/or one weekend day preferred Preferential Consideration for candidates with: 1+ years of full-time counseling experience (1,500+ session hours post-Master’s) Experience with assessment, treatment planning, and long-term therapy Culturally competent therapists, especially those with experience working with diverse clients, the queer community, or recovery work Join us and become part of a team that values you, your growth, and your contributions! What we mean by this is that you will be paid per hour for each service that is completed (between $41-50/session).
