Full Job Description Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Case Manager to support the coordination and delivery of ABA therapy services for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental needs. The Case Manager serves as a liaison between families, behavior technicians, and supervising BCBAs to ensure high-quality care and smooth case operations.

Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in ABA, behavioral health, or case management. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple cases and work collaboratively with clinical teams. Familiarity with ABA terminology and service delivery models.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate ABA services and scheduling for clients. Serve as the main contact for families and clinical teams. Support BCBAs with treatment plan implementation. Monitor service delivery and client progress. Ensure proper documentation and case compliance. Communicate with therapists, families, and other providers. Help manage staffing and case transitions. Attend team meetings and support staff training.
